What we collect and store

While you visit our platform, we’ll track:

  • Content you’ve entered: we’ll use this for core functionalities based on purpose of entry. For example: Profile information will be used to provide login functionality and for security purposes
  • Content you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you content you’ve recently viewed or for more accurate content suggestions across the Platform
  • IP address, location, language preferences and browser and/or device type: we’ll use this for core platform purposes like providing you with relevant localization settings (language, curency, ...) or showing you relevant business around you and also for security reasons

We’ll use cookies for core technical functionalities while you’re browsing our platform.

When you create an account or do a purchase, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address (if applicable), email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. Any data entered into the app (user data, preferences) can be stored locally on your device and securely synced and stored on Zenth Cloud.

Who we share your data with

We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example: Payments are being handled by payment provider called Stripe. For secure processing of payment, some information about your order and payment data will be shared with Stripe.

Payments

We accept payments through payment provider company Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Information shared with a payment provider to process payments includes:

  • Transaction Data
  • Identity/Verification Information

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Web systems administrators can also see and edit that information.

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 5 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.

What rights do you have over your data

If you have an account on the Platform, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments, and other content may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Data may be collected by analytical services that we are using for better understanding of the needs of our users and to measure the effectiveness of our on-line presence efforts. Those services includes Google analytics, FB pixel.

The Platform will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information that is not intended for public view will not be accessible to third parties and the public. Data that the Platform collects and processes will be disclosed only if such liability is determined by law or in the good faith or belief that such action is necessary for the proceedings before the courts or other government authorities or security of the Platform and its users.
